The FFT transform method was used to process the test data of laboratory road simulation vibration of a fuel cell vehicle power battery in frequency domain processing,the response frequencies characteristics on the conditions of road roughness excitation were get,and the vibration transmissibility at each characteristic frequency was worked out to analyze the vibration isolation ability of battery connection structure.The battery natural frequency was estimated by comparing the vibration transmissibility at different characteristic frequencies.Finally,natural frequency,characteristic frequency under road vibration conditions and vibration isolation ability were summarized to provide reference in the study of battery structure fatigue failure and system architecture optimization design.
