Analysis of the Essential Oil from Physochlaine infundibularis Kuang by GC/MS

The Essential Oil from Physochlaine infundibularis Kuang was extracted by steam distillation, then separated and analysed by GC/MS. The amount of the components from essential oil was determined by normalization method. 35 components were identified, which cover 81.6 % of the identified compounds. The main compounds are 2,3-Butanediol, 3-Furanmethanol, 3,4-Dimethoxytoluene, 3-Methoxy-4-propoxybenzaldehyd, Tridecanoic acid, 7-Hydroxy-6-methoxy-benzopyrone, 2-nitro-Benzoic acid, 1-Tridecene, and 1-Heptadecyne.
