Application of Moore’s Law in Semiconductor and Integrated Circuits Intelligent Manufacturing

Chip is a high-tech industry in the 21st century, which is called the "industrial food" of the country and the "heart" of all the whole equipment. The semiconductor chip industry, as the main representative of the semiconductor industry, is the foundation of the entire electronic information technology industry. Moore's Law has been recognized by the industry and has increasingly shown its great role in promoting the development of the semiconductor industry, and its predictions for the development of semiconductors are now basically correct. This paper focuses on Moore's Law in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and discusses the problems it now faces.
