摘要
To convert Light cycle oil (LCO) with low hydrogen content into more light fraction such as low-carbon olefins and gasoline during the catalytic cracking reaction, it is necessary to replenish hydrogen in LCO. In this paper, the effects of hydrogenation and hydrogen donors on the catalytic cracking performance of LCO were investigated. The pilot test results show that coker gasoline as a hydrogen donor can inhibit the free radical reaction and reduce the dry gas yield as well as inhibit condensation reaction and reduce coke yield. For refineries that need to purchase hydrogen from abroad, coker gasoline can be used as a hydrogen donor for LCO, which is an ideal method for hydrogen supplementation. At the same time, in the case of sufficient hydrogen source for the refineries, hydrogenation of LCO is a better means of hydrogen replenishment.
