摘要
• Creating an efficient drug carrier by modification of MGO with bio-degradable materials like chitosan and β-cyclodextrin. • Convenient nanocomposite separation from aqueous media by using an external magnet. • MGO/β-CD-CS carrier can manage well the absorption and in-vitro release of the Omeprazole medicine. • The composite safety was assured using an MTT assay . • The MGO/β-CD-CS nanocomposite is a stable composite and can be recovered easily.
