摘要
In this paper, an efficient design procedure for the surface PM synchronous machine (SPMSM) with reduced electromagnetic torque ripple is proposed. The method of changing winding configuration mode and PM structure is used to weaken the electromagnetic torque ripple. To determine the machine structure parameters, a design procedure combining with the proposed SPMSM field prediction method and optimization algorithm is given. An improved torsional vibration simulation model is then proposed to study the torsional vibration phenomenon of the designed machine. The torsional vibration analysis model consists of the voltage equation, motion equation and control system model. The improved voltage equation established in this paper takes into account the effect of magnetic saturation and magnetic field harmonics, which has the advantage of higher precision. On this basis, an optimized SPMSM is designed, the torsional vibration phenomenon of which is also analyzed. And the simulation result is verified by the experiment.
