摘要
With the rapid advancement of computer computing power, the demand for higher power supply requirements in data centers has escalated. However, most of server power is used for 12VDC output voltage, allowing for higher output currents. However, this transition also brings about increased conduction losses. To address this issue, the utilization of fractional turns transformers becomes essential as they contribute to reducing copper losses and improving overall efficiency. This paper presents the design of a 2KW 400/12V high-output current DC/DC converter, specifically tailored to achieve high-current output while mitigating the aforementioned challenges. And the peak efficiency of the experimental test is 97.2%.
