摘要
Black Si exhibits certain unique structural, mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal, and wetting properties that may not be found in c-Si. The most important of these are optical properties due to the peculiarities of the shape and morphology of this material. Therefore, this chapter first presents the results of our complex investigations on the structural and optical properties of b-Si. The next sections will introduce photoelectric and wetting properties. These properties determine the applicability of b-Si for the development of devices of various purposes and their parameters.
