Palladium metallene for nitric oxide electroreduction to ammonia

Pd metallene has been demonstrated as an efficient catalyst for electrocatalytic NO reduction to NH 3 (NO 3 RR), attributed to the hcp site of Pd to effectively activate and hydrogenate NO through a mixed pathway with a low energy barrier.
