摘要
This chapter briefly reviews the theory and major advancements of all-perovskite tandem solar cells, which consist of two metal halide perovskite subcells with complementary bandgaps. The discussions focus on the evolution and progress of wide-bandgap and low-bandgap single-junction perovskite solar cells and their applications in all-perovskite tandem devices. In addition, the authors discuss the current key challenges and limitations facing wide-bandgap and low-bandgap perovskites and provide an outlook on future research directions for all-perovskite tandem solar cells.
