Studies on the Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids and Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide from Lycium barbarum L

Objective To Establish the optimum technology of extract of Lycium barbarum L.Methods The technique was selected with the orthogonal design.And the establishment of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was determined in which the total content of flavonoids and Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide(LBP).Result The optimum technique of total flavonoids parameters were follows:80% ethanol as solution,material to solution 1:8,extracting time 1h,and extraction for 2 times.Combined aqueous extract of Lycium baxbamm L extract obtained by the total flavonoid content of up to 5%,contains up to 3% of LBP.Conclusion The extracting method studied in this paper is simple,and environmentally friendly.
