摘要
Parkinson's disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegerative disease in the world.DJ-1 is a gene related to PD,but its functions leading to PD are not specific,Many researchers had presumed the functions of DJ-1 protein,to date it has been found to have the functions of anti-oxydation,regulating transcription,participating energy metabolism,suppressing cell apoptotis and so on.This article summarizes the structures of DJ-1,the mutation,the relationship between DJ-1's biological functions and the onset of PD,as well as DJ-1 gene and other PD-causing gene interaction.It is important to understand PD completely and its gene therapy.
