摘要
Traditional imaging has become the most common method used by clinicians to monitor the early postoperative recurrence of cancer and evaluate the efficacy of advanced anti-tumor drugs.With the advancement of circulatory tumor DNA (ctDNA) sequencing technology, one ten-thousandth mutant abundance of free DNA fragments can be detected in the peripheral blood.Currently, more and more researchers begin to explore in patients with lung cancer by dynamic monitoring ctDNA for many times, observing the relationship between changes in the number of copies of ctDNA molecules and the prognosis of patients, and proposed the concept of molecular response.The detection of ctDNA is rapid, non-invasive, and free from radiation damage diagnosed by traditional imaging CT.It has great application value in the clinical management of lung cancer.This article combed the research of molecular response based on ctDNA detection in the clinical management of lung cancer, and the future clinical application was prospected.
