摘要
This work presents a novel integrated solar cell with non-toxic copper indium disulfide (CuInS2) nanocrystals (NCs) and stacked polymer bulk heterojunction. This parallel tandem structure avoids the use of the additional interlayer. Through the morphology, structure characterization, and optical property of the prepared CuInS2 NCs film and CuInS2/P3HT:PCBM integrated structure, it is demonstrated that the CuInS2 NCs layers in the integrated solar cells are multifunctional, which not only act as a strong light absorber but also an efficient hole transporter. Compared to the neat polymer bulk heterojunction solar cells, the photovoltaic performance of the integrated solar cells has been improved.
