We thank Dr Naimi for his interest in our trial.1 Cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is an uncommon but a life-threatening condition. University of Naples Federico II is the largest delivery hospital in the South of Italy (about 3000 deliveries per year). It is a referral center of the Campania region, an area with a particularly high rate of cesarean delivery (65.4% rate of cesarean delivery in 2016—about 65,000 deliveries per year), for the treatment of CSP and of abnormally invasive placenta.2 Therefore, we had the opportunity to reach the expected sample size.
