In our modern world, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) are becoming massively prevalent in safety critical applications. Those applications are dependent on undisturbed reception of GNSS signals, while at the same time interferences are likely to happen. Instead of protecting individual receivers with special and expensive equipment, it should be preferred to establish undisturbed reception conditions by disabling the sources of interference signals. This requires a fast and reliable localization of those, as the transmitters might be moving. Best results are hereby expected if many receiver nodes are available. In this paper, an approach for a crowd-based localization technique using measurements obtained from the Android raw GNSS measurements framework is presented. This allows to potentially use a huge number of receiver nodes and thus provide fast and accurate localization results.
