Convolutional Neural Networks: A Comprehensive Review of Architectures and Application

Convolutional Neural Networks have become a popular image and video recognition tool, achieving state-of-the-art performance in various domains such as object detection, face recognition, and natural language processing. This paper provides a comprehensive review of CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) architectures and their applications. We first introduce the basic structure of CNN s, and their unique features compared to traditional neural networks. Our review aims to provide a full overview of CNN s and their applications and to identify future research directions in this field.
