Rational design and fabrication of a novel acid-resistant UZM-5 zeolite membrane for pervaporation dehydration processes

A novel polycrystalline UZM-5 zeolite membrane is developed for the first time. The molecular sieve membrane with UFI topology and moderate Si/Al ratio demonstrates remarkable pervaporation performances for ethanol and acetic acid dehydrations.
