摘要
The process characteristics,rate discharge capability and cycle performance of Li-ion battery prepared by sodium alginate binder were studied. Mechanical properties of sodium alginate were tested. Elastic modulus of sodium alginate improved 100%compared to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) + styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) system,peel strength of electrode with sodium alginate was improved 30% compared to CMC + SBR system. The electrochemical test showed 2 C rate improved 10%because of lower impedance for cell with sodium alginate.
