摘要
Abstract An efficient ultrasound enhanced matrix solid-phase dispersion micro-extraction method was established for the extraction and determination of multiple ingredients (psoralenoside, isopsoralenoside, psoralen, isopsoralen, bavachin, psoralidin, isobavachalcone and bakuchiol) from Fructus Psoraleae applying ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography. The experimental factors affecting the extraction efficiency, including extraction solvent concentration, extraction solvent volume and ultrasound time, were optimized by the design of experiments methodology.
