摘要
In this paper, without separating the complex-valued neural networks into two real-valued systems, the complete synchronization of delayed fractional-order complex-valued neural networks (FOCVNNs) is investigated. Firstly, a new fractional differential inequality with time delays is established, which can be regarded as the generalization of Halanay inequality. Secondly, some synchronization criteria are established based on this inequality and an adaptive controller. Finally, a numerical simulation is presented to demonstrate feasibility of the theoretical results.
