摘要
In order to improve the accuracy of the traditional bandgap voltage source, a two-stage amplifier with high gain is proposed, which can reduce the offset of the amplifier by declining the mismatch of the width and length ratio of the differential input MOS. The current mode bandgap reference satisfies low voltage application requirements, and when using Cadence Specter software for circuit simulation, the result shows that: Within the temperature range -40 °C ~125 °C, the temperature coefficient of the circuit is about 20ppm/°C, and the low frequency of the circuit power supply ratio can reach 76.67dB.
