Telehealth and Telemedicine in the Management of Adult Patients after Liver Transplantation: A Scoping Review

Telemedicine can support home-based self-care for liver transplant recipients after discharge from the hospital. This study aimed to (1) provide an overview of the forms of home care for liver transplant patients; (2) identify the content elements of telemedicine in the home care of liver transplant patients; and (3) summarize the effect and outcome indexes of using telemedicine in liver transplantation patients.
