摘要
To balance the interests of wind farm and distribution network, an optimal cooperative planning method considering the interests of wind farm and distribution network for energy storage con-figuration is proposed. Firstly, the benefits associated with both wind farm and distribution net-work are considered. By conducting an analysis of factors such as wind farm power output fluctuations, curtailment penalties, and the interests of both the wind farm and distribution network, a profit model for both entities is formulated and established. Then, a multi-objective programming model considering the interests of wind farm and distribution network is established. According to the characteristics of the model, a weighted minimum-module ideal-point method was proposed to simplify the multi-objective planning problem by avoiding Pareto front and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, simulation results based on IEEE 69 node test system demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the comprehensive bene-fits of wind farm and distribution network.
