摘要
Bismuth ferrite and Strontium doped bismuth ferrite(Bi 1-x Sr x FeO 3 (x=0.0,0.3,0.5,0.7) samples are synthesized by the modified sol-gel technique which is a simple and economic technique.Composites of bismuth ferrite and barium titanate in the ratio 2:1 and 1:2 and Bi 1-x Sr x FeO 3 – BaTiO 3 (x=0.3,0.5,0.7) with the ratio 2:1 are synthesized by solid-state reaction technique. The formation of composites of bismuth ferrite with rhombohedral structure and space group R3c and barium titanate with tetragonal structure and space group P4mm is identified using XRD. The dielectric and ferroelectric properties of the composites are investigated at room temperature and are reported in this paper.
