摘要
The article presents the results of simulation of the human arterial system using a modified electrodynamic model of Frank's Windkessel. At the same time, the main emphasis in the study was placed on studying the influence of input parameters (cardiac output, heart rate, duration of systole/diastole), as well as parameters affecting short-term regulation of blood pressure (total peripheral resistance and elasticity of arterial walls) on the output signal. The influence of these parameters on the change in the pulse wave propagation time and its correlation with systolic blood pressure were studied, which is extremely important for the further development of indirect blood pressure assessment systems.
