摘要
Superhydrophobic surfaces have been extensively used in antifouling, energy storage, metal corrosion and oil-water separation. However, problems caused by using organic solvents in the preparation process and poor durability still limited its application. In this paper, a kind of durable superhydrophobic (water contact angle>156°, sliding angle <10°) and superoleophilic fabrics have been fabricated based on a waterborne solution using polydimethylsiloxane, fluorosurfactant as low surface energy substances. The superhydrophobic performance of fabrics show intelligent self-healing property after plasma treatment, abrasion and machine washing for 10, 1000 and 100 cycles, respectively. Besides, the coated cotton fibers also exhibit excellent durability and long-term stability under extreme acidic/basic conditions.
