摘要
Nowadays,there are a large number of fake or inferior liquor products on the market,which damage the interests of consumers.In recent years,fingerprinting techniques have developed rapidly.Due to its advantages of simple,fast,strong specific,it has been widely used for detection and distinguishing of liquor.In this paper,UV-visible absorption spectrum scanning technology was used to get the UV-visible absorption spectra of Baiyunbian liquor and two of the counterfeit samples.Based on the differences of UV-visible absorption spectra,calculation for similarity of the spectral curve and principal component analysis for the UV spectral data,the study proved that UV-visible absorption spectroscopy,to a certain degree,has some ability to distinguish and identify authenticity of liquor.Meanwhile,this technology provides a fast and accurate way for the authenticity and identification of the liquor,as well.
