摘要
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Solanum surattense.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and column chromatography over silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and PTLC.The structures were determined based on physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as N-trans-feruloyltyramine(1),N-p-trans-coumaroyltyramine(2),syringaresinol(3),coniferol(4),evofolin B(5),1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(6),balanophonin(7),simulanol(8),glycosmisic acid(9),threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(10),tribulusamide A(11),and caffeic acid(12).Conclusion Compounds 1-12 are obtained from this plant for the first time.Compounds 5-10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
