still positive for H.pylori.In the third and fourth (final) run, 197/202 samples (97.52%) and 196/202 samples (97%), respectively, tested positive for H.pylori.The precision of the d13CO2 was 98.6%, 99.2% and 96.7% for the second, third and fourth runs, respectively.Conclusion: One month storage does not affect stability of breath test samples for the diagnosis of H.pylori. Results from repetitive testing of 13CO2 breath samples indicate an outstanding precision rate.
