摘要
A 2-bit programmable metasurface and its meta-atom with the angle-insensitive feature are presented in this paper. The specially-designed structure of programmable coding meta-atom allows the metasurface to operate at large angles of oblique incidence. Numerical simulation results show good performance of the proposed programmable metasurface and its constituent meta-atom, which may find potential applications to radar-cross-section reduction and antenna array designs.
