摘要
This paper presents the determination of oxygen, barium, lead and bismuth in the ceramic BaPb 1- x Bi x O 3-δ using activation analysis and isotope dilution method. The oxygen concentration is close to the theoretical value in the range of 0.0≤ x ≤0.3, being minimum at x =0.4 and larger than the value at 0.6≤ x ≤0.8. It is also found that lead is lost through volatilization, that barium is excess and that the bismuth content, x , is different before and after preparation of BPB. Oxygen deficiency, δ, is 0. 19 at x =0.4 and 1.0. The oxygen deficiency might in fact be related to metal-semiconductor transition.
