摘要
Neuroacanthocytosis refers to a group of inherited genetic disorders that occur due to the deformity of red blood cells (acanthocytes) and result in progressive neurological deficits and psychiatric symptoms.(1)McLeod syndrome belongs in the subgroup of the neuroacanthocytosis group, and is slightly different from the more common chorea-acanthocytosis(ChAc).(2) Through this study, we aim to share the early and late clinical findings in a patient with McLeod syndrome.
