The invention of the unibody outer triple-branched stent graft marks a new phase of total endovascular aortic arch repair 1 Inoue K. Hosokawa H. Iwase T. et al. And the inner branched design lowers the profile of the stent graft, however, more complex maneuvers are needed to complete combination of bridged covered stents with the main body, thereby bringing about risk of stroke. Here, we introduce a novel triple-branched stent graft with a unique configuration that integrated a unibody outer single-branched stent graft with inner branches. This study illustrates the first-in-man application of this stent graft in five patients with aortic arch pathologies.
