摘要
SLM plays a critical role in in-space intelligent manufacturing and defense industries, while inherent hurdles due to internal defects in the SLM parts restrict practical reliability. Post-processing of heat treatment and hot isostatic pressing was comparatively applied to reveal the microstructure and fatigue performance. In this work, the resulted microstructure was revealed by XRD, SEM and TEM. Also, the stress-life curve of high cycle fatigue performance was obtained. This work provides a direct comparison for two post-processing techniques, contributing to more reliable application for SLM Ti alloy industrialization.
