摘要
With the further increase of energy and density of lithium battery, the cost is further reduced, and its application field is more and more extensive, especially the application of coal mine instruments is expected. However, the safety of lithium battery is one of the main bottlenecks restricting its application. The safety of lithium batteries is ultimately determined by the thermal stability of the lithium battery material. In this paper, the key safety test items of lithium battery, such as Thermal shock test, Acupuncture test, Extrusion test and Weight impact test are discussed in depth based on the technical index of safety performance of lithium battery in MT1051, and the influencing factors of these safety test items are clarified. The methods to improve the thermal stability and safety performance of the battery were summarized through the experimental research, which provided reference for the production enterprises and testing units to analyze the failure mode of the product, and was conducive to promoting the stable development of battery production and battery testing industry.
