:Objective To analyzeinfluential factors of precise intake and output record for patients with rheumatic heartdisease so as to facilitate nurses to implement appropriate nursing intervention onthem.Methods 60 patients with rheumatic heart diseases were randomly selected; influentialfactors of their precise intake and output record were analyzed; the effects of nursingintervention on them were compared in a self-contrast way. Results Influential factors ofprecise intake and output record for patients with rheumatic heart disease includedpatients themselves, nursing care education and propaganda not being in place, andimpreciseness of measuring tools. Nursing intervention could control and reduce occurrenceof postoperative complications, and shorten hospital stay. Conclusions It' s veryimportant to strictly control the balance of intake and output for patients with rheumaticheart disease, which is one of the symbols for evaluating the quality of basic nursingcare.
