A new simple out‐of‐autoclave (OOA) method is introduced in this study. Electrical current is applied to layers of CNT BP to generate heat for curing the hybrid composite. The results indicate that hybrid composites fabricated by this in situ curing method exhibits relatively good mechanical properties and low void content, compared to samples produced by the autoclave process. In addition, finite element analysis demonstrates that the in situ curing of composite can achieve uniform heat distribution and energy efficiency. The proposed in situ curing technique is promising for fabricating high‐quality advanced composites with potential for energy and cost savings.
