摘要
Nano-metal powder materials have unique physical and chemical effects such as small size effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect and quantum confinement effect. They are the key basic materials for new generation of high-tech industries such as communication, energetic materials, electronic slurry, semiconductor, aerospace, biomedicine and new energy. In this paper, the preparation technology of nano-metal powder materials by chemical method is reviewed. The preparation methods and principles of nano-metal powder materials by chemical methods such as sol-gel method, hydrothermal method and liquid phase chemical reduction method are discussed emphatically. The key process parameters of controllable preparation of nano-metal powder materials are pointed out. Finally, the engineering of nano-metal powder materials prepared by bottom-up strategy is prospected. Taking the application of nano-copper powder as an example, it is revealed that there is still a big gap between the preparation technology of nano-metal powder materials in China and the world 's advanced level.
