Despite its critical role in the construction industry, numerous deficiencies persist in practical operations, including weak safety awareness, inadequate safety management systems, insufficient safety training, and ineffective safety inspections and supervision. To address these issues, the paper proposes several solutions, such as enhancing safety awareness, improving safety management systems, strengthening safety training, and reinforcing safety inspections and supervision.
