Duration of surgical antibiotic prophylaxis and surgical site infection in orthopaedic surgery: A prospective cohort study

The optimal duration for surgical antibiotic prophylaxis (SAP) for preventing surgical site infection (SSI) in orthopaedic surgeries remains poorly supported by high-level evidence.
