摘要
Taking the robotic production line of prefabricated building as the research object, the production line was optimized by modeling and simulation to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency. Combined with the normal distribution data of each link of the production line, the optimal beat of the grooved shuttering/deshuttering link and the generation beat of die were calculated by the mathematical balance analysis method of the production line, so as to determine the optimization scheme. The simulation results show that the balance rate of the production line is increased to more than 80%, the smoothness index of the production line is reduced by nearly 20%, and the idle rate of each link is reduced by about 30%.
