Pre-planning parachute jump areas for combat aircraft can improve the survival rate of the pilot when the aircraft is attacked to a certain extent, and also provide reference for formulating combat search and rescue plans and locating survivors. By analyzing the elements of parachute jump area planning and the factors that affect parachute jump area planning, we determine the planning scope and unplannable areas; analyze the correlation between parachute jump area planning and emergency facility location issues, and build a parachute jump area planning model by drawing on the emergency facility location model; Design a genetic algorithm to achieve optimization solution, and use MATLAB programming for simulation verification. The results show that the established model and genetic algorithm can realize the planning of parachute jump areas, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
