In the early days of additive manufacturing technologies, the manufacturing of titanium alloys by these methods was quite limited, but almost all titanium alloys can be produced nowadays. For this reason, it has become necessary to know in detail the additive manufacturing methods and the mechanical/microstructural properties of the titanium alloys produced by these methods. Therefore, in this section, additive manufacturing methods, which are frequently preferred in the production of titanium alloys, the optimum parameters required for production, the post-processing heat treatments, the effects of these treatments on the mechanical and microstructural properties of the alloys, and the factors affecting the efficiency of these treatments are discussed in detail.
