摘要
In this paper, through the analysis of the traditional coal logistics and transport process of railway-port to port-shipping connection operation process, "freight train-port-ship" coal logistics mode under the coal logistics port collaborative operation optimization scheme is put forward. A loading operation planning model under uncertain arrival time and loading time is established, and the influence of different fluctuation degree of uncertain factors on the optimal goal of planning decision is analyzed.
