摘要
Abstract Transition metal‐catalyzed CH functionalization provides an appealing strategy for the transformation of simple substrates into complex molecules with structural diversity. Despite the indispensable advances of CH functionalization developed to date, most of the methodologies demanded the use of expensive 4d and 5d transition metals. On the other hand, because of the low toxicity, less expensive, and one of the most abundant 3d row metals, copper progressively possesses a promising metal for the development of CH functionalization. Herein, we present the diverse array of copper‐based expedient C(sp 3 )H functionalization for the construction of directed and nondirected CC, CN, CO, CS, and Chalogen bonds.
