Effective prevention and early diagnosis of problems of the supporting-motor apparatus, along with the environmental friendliness of 3D threads with natural fibers, make the technology of 3D printing of individual shoes and orthopedic insoles affordable and attractive to the population. The basic technological cycle of 3D printing of individual shoes using threads containing natural fibers includes the following stages: feet scanning; morphofunctional analysis; selection of printing material; establishment of an algorithm of interdependence between pressure zones and the density of the relief pattern; relief modeling, converting a vector model to a solid-state one; customization; 3D printing of the details of the bottom and top of shoes, their junction; technological expansion cycle; disposal, thanks to the environmental friendliness of materials.
