摘要
Photocatalysis is a convenient technology for treating organic pollutant with low cost. However, direct use of pure photocatalyst to decompose the ethanolamine in solution might exhibit a relatively low kinetics. Herein, we present an efficient strategy to employ TiO2 semiconductor for the purpose of decomposing ethanolamines in gas phase. The optimal result reveals it can break down 10 mmol (1.0 ml) diethanolamine within 1 h, and engender 288.6, 28.4, 19.1 and 2.7 μmol/g CO2, CO, H2 and CH4, respectively.
