摘要
The photovoltaic effect of ferroelectric is promising in the optical sensor,photo-driven actuators and photovoltaic cells.Lead titanate-family ferroelectric materials are a research focus because of large spontaneous polarization.Both mechanisms on anomalous photovoltaic effect of ferroelectric and research progress on lead titanate-family ferroelectric photovoltaic materials are reviewed in this paper.Also,the existing problems of ferroelectric photovoltaic materials are outlined.
