摘要
Based on current development of foreign team identification research,this paper firstly introduces the transformation of research focus of identification in internal organizations from organizational identification to team identification and then analyzes the development of the construct of team identification from individual level to collective level.From a dual perspective of collective motivation and social adhesives,it systematically elaborates the performance mechanisms of the effects of team identification on team processes and outcomes.Finally,it proposes a series of suggestions about future research directions based on current research achievements.
